Dr shakir, Dr liu, nurse ana and nurse Camille were truly the best before/during/after my procedure.
I also booked another consultation for a different reason and I’m very happy with the services.
The people are all excellent, very high level of care
More training needed for nurses and support staff eg the catering staff that elderly patients may not hear at all well, so in those situations it's important to speak very clearly and slowly and very loudly!
there are certain practical issues at are annoying and could be better (given that the standard you are reaching for is perfection)
- the lack of a telephone in the room is problematic when you have an elderly patient as they do not all use mobile phones and the 4G reception is very poor. Therefore if you do not have a smartphone and understand how to use wifi you are cut off from the outside world. Patents do not want to summon a nurse whenever they want to make a phone call and I'm not sure if the nurse could help anyway
- giving patents the option of having a landline phone on an extension no they can give to their family would be great
- the dangling emergency calls across the bathroom get in the way of someone who is trying to walk with difficulty
- the toilet roll pieces are ridiculously small and you end up having to use very many pieces at a time
- paper towel dispense in bathroom wasn't working
Thé facilities and care provided were all according to my expectation.

Cleveland Clinic London is a 5 star operation.
Everything was wonderful - from the doctors, nurses, therapists and everyone else.
Respectful and courteous and encouraging and supportive.
Special thanks to Dr Arvind Chandratheva for his concern and care and going the extra mile to ensure that his patient received all the intensive therapy needed to allow her to return home as an outpatient in a hospital in NYC.
